The tin on the Haussmanian buildings in Paris reflects the day’s mood. If the sun is shining the rooftops can be blindingly white. At sunset they reflect the lovely pink sky. This day was the typical Parisian day. Sort of grey, sort of blue. Maybe I should call it blazé blue. This building is in the 17th arrondissement on the corner of rue Guersant and boulevard Pereire. Angie used to take her lunch break in the park there when she was teaching English in a huge school.
